It actually happens while different OS or existing windows installed in the laptop or PC or desktop.
Solution: Delete the existing partition while windows was installed with Gparted live.Then insert windows 7 dvd or USB stick and install will run smoothly.
Caution:Do it by yourself if you are an expert.This is just a tips.So use it by your own risk.
